As Crawford is continuing to grow and expand, we are looking to fill a brand-new role with a driven individual with a strategic mindset that can think outside the box and provide effective and creative solutions that align with our innovative culture and help promote Crawford’s growth. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans for the organization. In support of the Executive Vice President and President you will provide a map of strategic marketing priorities and tactical plans to achieve results.
Strategic market analysis and planning
B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Communication
Developing Omni Channel strategy
Develop strategic marketing plans to drive growth in our key domestic market segments; Industrial, Distribution, Food Processing and Produce, and in new geographic markets – Mexico and the U.S.
Collaborate with sales management to drive tactical marketing and sales-initiatives
Initiate research, development, and implementation of inbound and outbound marketing programs, including email campaigns, digital advertising, organic search, social media, and customer events.
Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives.
Ensure all communication and offerings conform to brand identity; conduct ongoing brand management.
Prepare and deliver reports on the status of all marketing programs and initiatives to senior management.
Maximize cooperative marketing (CMA) funds available through Balpex supplier programs.
Develop strategies and tactical implementation for key conference and show exhibitions on an international scale.
Develop programs/initiatives to develop new customers.
Understand profit drivers to create programs which maximize profits.
Develop high level relationships with key suppliers.
Be a leader in developing a positive company culture.
Other duties as assigned.
B.A. in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent.
5+ years of direct work experience in a B2B marketing management capacity.
Excellent understanding and familiarity with digital advertising and brand management.
Proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns, utilizing email, digital marketing, and direct marketing programs.
Direct experience with graphic design, website design, and other marketing-related software tools.
Ability to build and sustain relationships with key business partners.
Experience managing staff and contractors.
Effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven team player who flexible, adaptable, Entrepreneurial, and a self-starter.
